BAKED MACARONI



Serve: 3-4 peps
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 20 Minutes


· 10 grams ~ broccoli, cut into florets
· 1 ~ carrot, diced
· 250 grams ~ elbow macaroni, cooked as instructed on the pack
· 100 grams ~ turkey ham, sliced
· 1 can ~ Prego Cheese & Herbs
· 200 ml ~ Milk
· 1 cup ~ pizza cheese mix


Method:


1. Blanch broccoli and carrots in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and drain


2. Combine cooked macaroni with turkey ham, braccoli and carrots in a shallow 2-litre baking disk


3. Heat Prego Cheese & Herbs with milk, stirring until mixture is smooth


4. Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over and place under a hot grill for 10 minutes until cheese browns lightly.
