Banana Cake

It has been like 3 months I did not do any posting here... I am so sorry for that.. As I was busy building my other blog at wordpress for my photography journey...Spare sometime to visit me there at www.vivalova.wordpress.com.

Too much information already... okay now I shall get back to the main purpose why I am sitting infront of my laptop now... As I was browsing the net moment ago, I found a new recipe at http://visualrecipes.com, it's banana cake... yummy!

So friends... here the recipes.. let's us try together ya.. enjoy reading and love baking wokiess!

Ingredients

500g Ripe Banana (17.5 ounces (Smash it)
400g Sugar (one and a half cups)
4 Eggs
200g Evaporated Milk (7 ounces)
400g Self raising Flour (one and a half cups)
15g Baking Powder (3 teaspoons)
13g Baking Soda (1 tablespoon)
250g Olive Oil (8.75 ounces)



Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, put in the sugar and eggs.

Step 2:

Mix the sugar and eggs for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Prepare the banana, smash it using a fork.

Step 4:

The sugar and eggs mix should look like this when it mix well.

Step 5:

Add in the milk.

Step 6:


Followed by the olive oil.

Step 7:

Then add in the banana smash.

Step 8:

Finally, slowly sieve in the self rising flour, the baking powder and the baking soda. Mix for 3 minutes.

Step 9:

Turn off the mixing machine when all the ingredients have been mixed throughly.

Step 10:

Spoon the batter into 4 oblong shape 190x110x40mm foil trays. Preheat the oven and bake it for 40 minutes in 180 degree Celsius (355 Fahrenheit).
