QUICK COLESLAW



Preparation: 10 minutes, plus chilling time

1 lb. green cabbage/raw, finely shredded
2 carrots/raw, grated
1 stick celery, finely chopped
1 onion/raw, finely chopped
(to your preference, if you like it to be shredded, the shredded would be it)
1 small green or red bell pepper/raw, finely chopped
1/3 cup plus 3 tbs. prepared coleslaw dressing
¼ cup fresh mixed herbs, choppes, optional


Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss well.
Add mixed herbs, if desired.
Chill before serving



My mum loves this coleslaw... you may add raisin if you like but please bare in mind, raisin will increase the sugar level, it will a little sweeter.
